Hi My name is cat, Welcome to my webpage. let me tell you alittle bit about myself. I am 40 years old married have two kids a boy 16 a girl 13. Like alot of people I need to lose weight. I find the more support you get the better dieting goes. I chat in the diet talk chat rooms they are great in there . I would like to talk to other people that need to lose weight Maybe we can share ideals and recipes. And give each other support. so feel welcome to come vist with me. I really hope as I work on my page you all will vist and give me ideals on somethings that will help . I am new at this so I dont know alot about web pages so if you have any ideals please let me know if you have any lowfat recipes please email them to me I will put them on my webpage.I have been on my diet for 3 1/2 months,have lost 24 pounds.I need to lose 32 more. In the picture I weigh 205. now I am at 181. I am on Richard Simmons Deal A Meal it really works is anyone else on this program?
